Built by us
We build and run our own apps.
Five products across education, commerce, finance, health and gaming. Answering their support ourselves is how we learned what customers really complain about.
The team
A small group building across five products. The support work on your audit is done personally by the first person below.
A senior support lead
Founder
Runs every Your Pace Mentor engagement personally and sets the direction across every product. Seven years running customer support at a large online marketplace.
Imtiaz Islam
Chief Technology Officer
Known across the studio simply as Boss, he is our most senior engineer and technical lead, with a career spanning major organizations including BRAC, NTV, The Daily Star and The Business Standard. He brings that depth of experience to every product we build, and is as dedicated and genuinely kind as they come.
Adila Tasbi Labiba
Head of Design
Adila leads design across the studio. She sets the visual language for every product and holds the bar on craft, making sure what we ship looks considered and feels effortless to use.
Irkan Haider
Associate Product Manager
Irkan helps shape what the products become, from early scoping to the small details that make a feature click. Calm and sharp, he keeps releases moving and the roadmap honest.
Abdulla
Associate Product Manager & Customer Support
Abdulla works across product and support, close to the people who use what we build. He turns real user feedback into clearer products, and makes sure no question goes unanswered.
Jonas Sharon Boidya
Junior Developer
Jonas is the studio's youngest engineer and its most eager. He picks up new stacks fast, ships features across several products, and brings a genuine enthusiasm that makes the whole team quicker.
