What do you need for the free scan?
Only your company name. We read public reviews, Reddit threads and your help center. No logins, no call.
How fast is it?
The scan lands in your inbox within two business days. The full audit takes ten.
What does my team do for the audit?
Send one ticket export from your helpdesk and give us about an hour across the ten days. That is all.
Which helpdesks?
Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Help Scout, Gorgias, Gladly, Kustomer, HubSpot, or a plain CSV export.
What happens to our data?
Customer names and contact details are stripped before any analysis, we work under a mutual NDA, and the raw export is deleted within 30 days of the readout.
What if it doesn't find much?
Money back if the audit doesn’t put a defensible yearly cost of at least $9,500 (10x the $950 fee) on your complaint drivers. Conditions: it applies when your ticket and chat export (at least 3 months) arrives within 5 business days of payment and the readout call takes place (it can be rescheduled once). Ask for the refund in writing within 14 days after the readout; you keep the report. Cancel before we receive your data and we refund the full fee. The full terms are in the agreement we send with the invoice.
Do you sell software or outsourced agents?
No. We are independent, so every fix is about the problem, not a tool or a team we want to sell you.
Who does the work?
One support lead, personally: seven years running customer support at a large online marketplace. No account manager, no junior team, no outsourced agents. More under "Who does the work" above.
What happens after?
You decide. Some teams ship the fixes themselves; others ask us to do it: a help center rewrite, a complaint fix sprint or a customer feedback hub. The audit fee is credited toward any of them.
